From the Classroom to the Living Room: Engaging Lessons on Living with Less

About Me

As a former high school math teacher and a homeschool mom of five, I know that life is rarely “Pinterest-perfect.” Between raising a large family, fostering puppies, and dealing with chronic health issues in our family, I know that organization isn’t about perfection—it’s about purpose. And as a cancer survivor I know firsthand what it feels like when all you can think about is getting through the day, much less keeping your house in order. Whether it’s parenting, illness, transitions, grief or any of the other challenges life hands us, I know how exhausting it can be to try to keep all the balls in the air. These experiences all fuel my passion for helping others find peace in their physical space and putting systems in place to make maintenance easier.

As a Certified Professional Organizer and Trained Decluttering Coach, I combine my background in education with real life experience to deliver workshops that are more than just “tips and tricks.” They are creative looks at how we can train your spaces and make them work for you so that you have time for what really matters.

Why Invite Me to Your Next Meeting?

Teacher at Heart

I don’t just talk at you; I teach you. My sessions are interactive, but structured. My years in the high school classroom give me the skill-set to make presentations that are engaging, well-paced, and even have homework!

No-Judgment Zone

With kids, friends, puppies, and projects constantly moving in and out of the house, I understand the unpredictable. My approach is rooted in grace (and reality!).

Lived Experience

I don’t just teach the theory of organization; I have lived the reality of needing it to survive a crisis.

Mission-Driven

My speaking engagements help fund my “Sanctuary Service,” which provides free professional organizing to local families navigating cancer treatment.
