I believe that every person deserves a home that brings them a sense of peace and joy, so I offer services that fit every budget. I have flexible fee schedules that result in lower costs than other professional organizers, not because I’m not worth it, but because you ARE worth it.

Base rates

To make my services accessible to all my neighbors in the NW Suburbs, I utilize a Sliding Scale Pricing Model. This model relies on the principles of community and trust. Therefore, please choose the tier that best reflects your current financial reality. Regardless of the rate you qualify for, you receive my very best quality work.


Tier 1: The Supporter Rate ($100/hr)

Choose this tier if: You are comfortably meeting all your basic needs, own your home, and have expendable income for travel, dining out, hobbies, and luxury items.

The Impact: By choosing this rate, you are getting a professional service and rate comparable to other luxury organizers in our area and also directly empowering my ability to offer lower-cost sessions to those in financial transition and provide free organizational support to local families navigating cancer treatment. You are a partner in this mission! As a thank you for your support, you will receive a personalized report after each session; a Sustainment Strategy newsletter of tips, tricks, my methods, and reminders specific to your project to help you keep on track. In addition, you will receive yearly reports on how many hours of Sanctuary Service my Supporters have helped fund.

Finally, as a special thank you to our Supporter tier partners who complete 10+ hours of training sessions, we provide a limited-edition Train Your Space heavyweight canvas tote to take your new organizational skills “on-the-go”, perfect for grocery hauls, donation drops, or “resetting” your car at the end of the day.


Tier 2: The Access Rate ($60/hr)

Choose this tier if: You are able to meet your monthly needs (housing, food, transport) but have limited “extra” income. You may be a single-income household or a renter, and you’re looking for a functional transformation on a budget.

The Impact: This rate covers the essential costs of running my business while ensuring professional help remains within reach for the average household. Also, as a thank you a Sustainment Strategy newsletter of advice specific to your home will help you build on the progress we have already made together.


Tier 3: The Community Rate ($30/hr)

Choose this tier if: You are currently experiencing financial hardship, are on a fixed social security/disability income, or are a student.

The Impact: I reserve a specific number of hours each month for this tier because I believe everyone deserves a functional space to breathe and thrive. Thank you for allowing us to work in your home.


Our Sanctuary Service: Support for Cancer Warriors

Rate: $0 (Complimentary) For those currently undergoing treatment for cancer or in the immediate recovery phase, or their caregivers. As a cancer patient myself, the Sanctuary tier is my way of giving back because of all God has given to me. I want to help you make your home a sanctuary, a safe haven, by providing complimentary sessions to help you create a peaceful, healing environment.

Note: These sessions are limited per month. Please contact me via a referral from the care coordinator at your local hospital, your oncologist’s office, or a cancer support center. In order to serve the most number of people, free sessions may be limited to 4 hours per client.

Don’t worry! We can discuss this during our initial call. My goal is to find a path that respects your budget and honors your home.

First, we will discuss your basic needs and desires on the phone. Then, initial hour-long sessions are only $10 so you can get a feel for my process. I don’t do in-person consults because I assume that you would rather get something done than talk about getting something done. Finally, if you like what you are hearing and seeing feel motivated to use that momentum, you can extend that consult to additional time immediately at the base hourly cost for your tier.

All visits after the initial discounted session require a minimum one hour charge. Them, additional session time after that rounds up to the nearest half hour. I always do my best to respect your time and work as quickly and efficiently as you desire. Plus, session length can be flexible in the moment. My hourly rates mean the faster we work, the less you pay. Sometimes when you are on a roll, you are on a roll, but I will always ask you at every price point if you want to continue our work, in order to respect your budget, no matter how big or small it is. However, if you desire to do an extended session to last over 3 hours or have a large and complicated project potentially involving installations, please schedule in advance.

Virtual Consultations

Schedule a virtual video consultations at the discounted rate of 50% off your tier base rate, via FaceTime or Zoom.

Discounts

Bulk Discounts

Clients booking pre-paid packages of multiple sessions of 3+ hours each will receive a 20% discount. Contact me for a quote and to discuss your project.

Referrals

I greatly appreciate the vote of confidence that a referral represents. Anyone who refers a new client will receive 30% off their next session (up to 3 hours) once that referral has booked an initial session. Additionally, the person being referred will receive 30% off their first full hour after their initial session.

Additional charges

Cancellations

We charge a $10 late cancellation fee for any same day cancellation. We also charge an additional $10 cancellation fee for appointments not rescheduled.

Travel

In-person services are available at the above rate within a 15 mile radius of my location. Every additional 10 miles incurs an additional $25 travel fee per visit OR a minimum visit time of 4 hours. Contact me for a quote. I reserve right of refusal for distances that are too far. Note, the initial meet special is not available outside my 15 mile radius. However, virtual consultations are always available. Also, we waive travel fees for Sanctuary clients based on availability.

Optional add-on services

Product:

Organizing product is in addition to the per hour cost. After deciding on a system, I will give you a detailed list of product that has worked for me in the past. In addition, I will offer you price point options ranging from what you can find in your home to budget friendly to luxury. You can either price and buy product yourself, or I will give you an estimate for what it would cost for me to shop product for you. I will shop as hard for the best price for you as I would for myself and ask for reimbursement only for the exact price I paid. If I shop for you, I will charge your hourly rate for time spent obtaining product.

Product procurement requires a deposit of 50% of the estimated cost before purchase. Since clients must approve purchasing lists in advance of purchase, clients own all product and it is the responsibility of the client to return it if no longer needed. The difference between deposit and final cost is due upon delivery. Train Your Space will invoice product for reimbursement separately and receipts will be provided.

Assembly:

You can purchase assembly for storage solutionsas an add-on to your session. Quotes will be given on a per-job basis as a flat fee. Clients can purchase assembly for items purchased through me or purchased yourself.

Removal:

I will remove de-cluttered items from your property for an additional $20 fee per load. A good faith effort will be made to distribute still usable items to local charities and donation centers or Sanctuary clients. 

Payment

Payment is due in full at the completion of each session unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, and all outstanding charges for services, assembly, and products must be paid in full before the next session.

I accept cash, checks, Zelle, and Venmo. We charge $35 for any checks returned for insufficient funds in addition to collection of any bank charges.
